For full day rentals you have a 16-hour day. This means you may come as early as 8:00 am. You are welcome to move your timeframe up, but not back as the latest we are open is midnight. You may purchase early access.

The max bar time is 5 hours. You may not split the bar service time. It must be consecutive hours. Kegs, doubles, neats and shots are not permitted.

You may leave some items overnight at the venue if you have booked us for rehearsal dinner. You must sign a waiver stating we are not responsible for your belongings as well as have two-day event insurance. You may not leave alcohol overnight.

All vendor equipment must be taken out of the venue the evening of your event by midnight. We do not allow any items to be left. If this is unavoidable it must be approved by Madewell Estates and will result in a minimum $500 storage fee.

We do not. We welcome sparklers, streamers and bubbles!

Madewell Estates requires you have a professional day-of coordinator with a team to assist in the flip. If you do not, ask about our recommendations for this! We would love to help!

You get 1 hour access to our venue and bridal suite for photos! Please contact us to schedule these two weeks prior and for Tuesday-Thursday!

You are able to have drinks while you are getting ready on-site. We will collect all alcohol 2 hours before the ceremony start time and turn it into your bartenders upon their arrival. Alcohol may not be served prior to the 5 hour bar time.
