The Grand Hall is a breathtaking space featuring 33-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and open-view balconies. A stunning stage backdrop overlooks the pond, while grand chandeliers and dimmable lighting allow you to set the perfect ambiance. The hall is designed for efficient transitions between ceremony and reception, with pre-set tables and elevator access for handicap accessibility.
The Cocktail Lounge offers an elegant built-in bar and a cozy, stylish atmosphere, complete with a direct-vent fireplace and decorative garage doors that enhance the relaxed ambiance. This space seamlessly transitions from a moody, romantic setting to a bright, clean reception area, providing versatility for your event.
The unique Wine Cellar, designed as a hidden speakeasy, is a one-of-a-kind feature at Madewell Estates. Ideal for rehearsal dinners, private events, or wine pairings, it also offers a special touch for the couple, such as a private meal or first look. This space is planned to showcase Texas High Plains wines, adding a local flavor.

Full privacy stalls and dedicated staff to maintain the restrooms throughout your event add to the comfort and convenience.
The Vendor Lounge provides a private, lockable space for vendors to store belongings, take breaks, or change. A beverage and snack bar is provided, ensuring vendors feel welcomed and valued, contributing to a smooth and successful event.
The Buffet Room is thoughtfully designed for smooth guest flow, with a dedicated entrance and exit, and convenient kitchen access. The state-of-the-art prep-kitchen is equipped with a 200-pound ice machine, hot box, and refrigerators, meeting your caterers’ needs. A second bar within this space is ideal for serving beverages or late-night snacks, enhancing the dining experience.
